Recovery was great. Follow-up on what was needed for Insurance Purposes was HORRIBLE. Took over 3 months. Continued to call while getting promises of delivery with little cooperation. Very Frustrating… I have changed my review because Boris from Monster Cloud responded by picking up the phone and having a business conversation with me. He has now gone above an beyond to provide me assistance with my claim. As I said in my first post. The Recovery was great and efficient. I would recommend them for any critical recovery that your business may need.
